The 27th Thessaloniki International Documentary Festival welcomes its audiences with a smashing gig by Turboflow 3000, following the opening ceremony. Turboflow 3000 is a project that came together just before the pandemic and the challenging days of lockdown, and has already left an indelible mark on the local music scene. Deezy, André, and Primal have been writing music together for the past few years, creating a hybrid sound of electro, hip-hop, and punk. Their first single, “Pyrotechnics,“ became an instant hit, and their debut album, UFO, was one of the standout records of 2023, blending synth-pop, rap, electro, and Greek lyrics. Recently, they released their latest digital single, “FOMOFOMOFOMO,” in collaboration with Libys, while their new album, BASSOKATARAH, is set to be released in the spring of 2025 via Veego Records.
