SATURDAY MARCH 8
11:00–13:00
Stereosis (3 Zefxidos St)

How can photography and video serve as tools for justice? The iMEdD Ideas Zone, the educational pillar of iMEdD, presents a workshop with award-winning photojournalist and director of the VII Foundation, Ron Haviv. Drawing from his experience covering over 25 conflicts, including his work in the Balkans used to convict war criminals at The Hague, Haviv will share insights into documenting war crimes, best practices for ethical reporting, and the role of visual evidence in legal accountability. Participants will gain practical skills and a deeper understanding of the responsibility that comes with capturing history through the lens. Free entrance (on a first-come, first-served basis due to limited seating).
