Agora Series Talents is back in action with an Open Call for Submissions

Following its highly successful pilot kick-off in November 2025, Agora Series Talents is returning at the 67th Thessaloniki International Film Festival (5-15 November 2026), officially launching a new chapter through an Open Call for submissions and a more dynamic and up-to-date approach on series development.

The programme aims to support both emerging and established screenwriters that are based in Greece or are professionally active in Greece

The selected screenwriters will attend a range of workshops, masterclasses, 1:1 meetings targeted at the development of their projects as well as their personal presentation, alongside international and Greek tutors, along with speed meetings featuring possible partners and collaborators from the entire spectrum of the film industry. Finally, the screenwriters will have a chance to present both their professional profile and their projects to the industry guests of the Agora.

The programme will be held from November 4th to November 9th, 2026, within the framework of the 67th TIFF’s Agora, and is exclusively addressed to screenwriters professionally involved in the field of series.

Deadline for submissions: June 30th, 2026
