The Dybbuk, the “ghost” according to the Jewish tradition, is the title of the first Hebrew ghost story film, shot by Michał Waszyński. The spirit of an escape artist, a homosexual married to a countess, a homeless Jew who used his films to drive out his inner demons comes alive through the groping of his legacy.
