The documentary focuses on the history and the impact of samba-reggae music, using the case study of Paranauê, an Afro-Brazilian percussion band in Thessaloniki, Greece. The last 15 years Paranaue constitutes a core for the diffusion of Afro-Brazilian culture, similar to the “blocos afros” of Salvador (Bahia), Brazil.
