Theater of Life

Massimo Bottura, one of the world’s greatest chefs, ran a soup kitchen during Milan’s 2015 World’s Fair, like no one has done it before. In his “Refettorio Ambrosiano” he invited 60 of the most famous chefs in the world to join him in preparing meals – exclusively from the food wastage of Expo Milan’s pavilions – for the poor refugees and homeless in Milan. The extraordinary encounter between different worlds that provides plenty of food for thought.
