This year’s AGORA Works in Progress lineup includes 8 films from 15 countries across Southeastern Europe and the Mediterranean region currently in post-production.The selection challenges conventional cinematic forms, introducing original narratives that transcend genres and offer a view to a compelling and thought-provoking cinematic universe. Spanning from politically engaged works, realist explorations and satire as well as bold interpretations of genre, the films reflect a wide spectrum of contemporary storytelling style. Each is articulated through a refined narrative style, visual narrative form, and a commitment to independent, unique storytelling perspective.
