Honorary Golden Alexander to Vouvoula Skoura

The 28th Thessaloniki International Documentary Festival honors the prestigious Thessaloniki born artist and filmmaker Vouvoula Skoura. In acknowledgment of her contribution to Greek culture, the festival will present her with an honorary Golden Alexander. The award ceremony will be followed by a screening of her video installation Niki Marangou: Water Surfaces (2012) and the premiere of her latest film UTOPIA. The Poetics of Borders: Berlin – Nicosia (2025).
