The opening film of the 28th TiDF is the timely documentary "Ask E. Jean", which will celebrate its international premiere in Thessaloniki, in the presence of director Ivy Meeropol.

The 28th Thessaloniki International Documentary Festival hosts a grand tribute to archives titled “All the world’s memory”, which will run through various pillars of this year’s edition, from film screenings and open discussions all the way to the Festival’s spot and editions.

The ever familiar image of the imposing cranes in the port of Thessaloniki is reimagined through the work of Alexandros Psychoulis, which will feature across this year’s edition.
