Village of Aidonia, Nemea, Greece. In the 1970s a mule fell into a hole. It turned out to be an ancient Mycenaean tomb. There, villagers discovered a rare treasure of gold buried amid skeletons. All the jewellery and pottery was sold to middlemen, who sent the treasure to art dealers in Europe and the USA. A few years later, archaeologists located and identified part of the looted treasure in a small art gallery in New York.
