KURDISTAN: OF THE MAP

1991. The Golf War has just finished. Around six million Kurds are trapped between the borders of Iran and Iraq. The area is utterly devastated and polluted by the bombings. The film is the result of the journey taken by the publisher of ANTI, Greece’s first alternative magazine, and the director. Their journey has brought them to the cul de sac of an entire nation destined by history to be erased from the map.
