DOKIME

An essay on the aesthetics and politics of non-fictional representation, on the rhetoric of the “truth” of the documentary. The film draws its inspiration from T. W. Adorno’s work The Essay as Form – from his call for an open, self-conscious and critical mode of expression, which would bring together the conceptual specificity of science with the formal sensitivity of art.
