A spiritual and tangible exploration of the (end of a) relationship between a man and a woman, both yoga instructors, who are learning to maneuver through new, uncomfortable positions as they journey towards middle age. Alongside an assortment of eccentric satellites, they confront a cascade of peculiar circumstances. Eventually, they find solace in life's most complex and simple practice, aptly named existence. A subtle comedy that, much like a lesson starting from a yoga mat, sharpens our skills in concentration, relaxation, flexibility, and stability, inviting us to let ourselves go with the flow and “dig deeper,” all while offering astute commentary on Western society's obsession with well-being (as a panacea for all ills…). All of this is presented in the distinct style of Argentina's most idiosyncratic and curiously underrated filmmaker (in Greece), the mastermind behind the unparalleled Sylvia Prieto - with a Doric tone adorned with touches of the absurd, interstellar humor conveyed through laconic one-liners, and profound emotions encapsulated in small yet endearing characters. A generous film, akin to a precious ‘namaste,’ that effortlessly encourages us to discover our own mantra.
