Trapped in this web of deceit, she is forced to invent a pregnancy with unforeseen consequences. Artfully capturing the nuances of patriarchy, tradition, sexuality, societal pressure, expectations, and reality, Una Gunjak crafts a subtle yet profoundly charged film.
