Fuck Freud

A movie about a gay couple with a significant age difference in four different scenes, during four different periods of their life, inside their apartment. As they break-up and come back together and as we watch them go through the dynamics and difficulties that every couple – despite its sexual orientation – goes through, their characters and love comes across.

Adam Karypidis

Ηe studied Film Studies under famous Greek directors (Voulgaris, Kokkinos, Grammatikos ) at the New York College, where he received his Bachelor Degree on Directing. He completed five short films as screenwriter, director and producer: 179,99 (2008), which participated in the first 48 Hours Film Project in Athens and won three awards (Screenplay, Best Female Performance, Best Quote); The Comic Shop Movie (2009) with participation at the Drama festival (digi2009) and the Naoussa Festival next year; Elegy (2010), an experimental film of ecological content combining fiction with National Geographic snapshots; Hunting Frogs (2011), which was honored to be selected in the 34th Festival of Drama official competition section, winning the nomination for the first female role; finally, two years later he creates Fuck Freud, with which he wins the first prize at the Outview Film Festival and travels to the first Hellas Filmbox Berlin, where he receives critical acclaim.
