Eve is infatuated by a seductive stranger in a nightclub, learning the hard way that appearances are deceiving, as the gentleman turns out to be a psychopath. Driven by survival instinct, she initially seeks refuge in the thick, dark forest. Plucking up courage in the course of an endless night, she fights back, empowered by the mystical force of nature. A modern rendition of the Little Red Riding Hood that reverses long-established stereotypes, where the prey and the predator exchange roles.

Vincent Paronnaud

Vincent Paronnaud a.k.a. Winschluss (1970) has been making his own single trajectory for the last 25 years. Self-taught and all-rounder, from local French fanzines to Parisian galleries via the Oscars ceremony, he explores sectors and combines the extremes, mixing joy and cynicism, the crazy and the coherent, popular and underground. Since 2003, he has made over six short and medium-length films in both live-action and animation. But it’s mostly two feature-length films co-authored with Marjade Sartrapi – Persepolis and Plum Chicken (Poulet aux prunes) – that will make him popular in the movie sector. In 2013, he shot Territory (Territoire), a western in the Pyrenees, set in the sixties, in which we witness the birth of a lonely hero in a pastoral background. Since 2009, he has been represented by the galerie GeorgesPhilippe &Nathalie Vallois in Paris, exposing his original drawings and sculptures. He lives and works in between Bordeaux and Paris.
