Mrs. J is very tired. Her husband died a year ago, she lives with her mother-in-law and her two daughters in the same apartment, and she just lost her job. She decides to commit suicide on the day of the death anniversary of her husband, but she has to deal with some logistics before she leaves this mundane world – however, it seems that in the Balkans it’s hard to live, but it’s also hard to die! A Kafkaesque, tragicomic tale about the abrupt passage from communism to capitalism and depression as the only recognized collective legacy in this part of the planet.
