A unit of teenage guerrilla bandits watch over an American female hostage, awaiting orders by the never-to-be-seen “Organization.” Lacking the ideals that inspire action for a higher cause, the young rebels simply hang out and, often enough, go rogue. Eventually, they submit to a collective orgiastic breakdown, as their world starts to crumble and chaos prevails in a crescendo of raw violence. The remote mountains and the jungle of this undefined land set up an otherworldly canvas, that illustrates an allegory for the surreal nature of war.
