Deep End

Deep End is an erotic thriller in which two men fight over the same woman. Nikos is a charming young man who has married Fani, a successful gynecologist, for her money. The other is Yannis, a rich and accomplished man who has married Ino, an eye-turning nymphet. Both Ino and Nikos truly know how to cash in on their beauty. They may all hang out together, but they also have their own well-kept secret. It seems that they are illicit lovers waiting for the right time to get rid of their spouses and spend the rest of their lives in each other’s arms. Over the course of a long weekend on a remote and peaceful beach, the two couples will come to re-examine their emotional bonds and tackle the question of whether love and affection are even possible in a world built out of sexual hysteria, decadent idylls and death. Deep End is a thriller with a twisted end. Even the cleverest male cannot predict the deadly intentions of the female mind.

Thanassis Antoniou

He studied Film Directing at the Hatzikou Film School. He has worked as assistant director to Stamatis Tsarouhas and Vassilis Boudouris. He has also directed many TV series. In 2000 he directed his first feature film Paradise Lost and in 2001 he wrote the screenplay for the film Never Again. Deep End is his second feature film.
