Greece 1986–1987, a little before the fall of State Socialism and just at the end of the Cold War. In front of Anthi’s eyes the country is changing, the world is changing, and along with them, Christos seems to be changing too.
Thelyia Petraki holds a BA in Filmmaking (CalArts, USA) and an MA in Visual Anthropology (UCL, UK). Her films are a continuous gaze into the human condition. Lately, she has been combining and experimenting with various analogue formats, along with found footage, creating in this way a mosaic effect.
