Films that have participated in previous editions of the Agora Works in Progress are: My Dog Killer by Mira Fornay (Slovak Republic/Czech Republic), At Home by Athanassios Karanikolas (Greece/Germany), Boy Eating the Bird's Food by Ektoras Lygizos (Greece), Out in the Dark by Michael Mayer (Israel/USA), Luton by Michalis Konstantatos (Greece/Germany), September by Penny Panayotopoulou (Greece/Germany), Wasted Youth by Argyris Papadimitropoulos & Jan Vogel (Greece), Amnesty by Bujar Alimani (Albania/Greece/France) among others, Suntan by Argyris Papadimitropoulos.
The films are competing for the Eurimages Lab Award (up to 50.000€) and GRAAL post-production award (up to 70.000€ in post-production services).
If you are in the process of shooting or in post-production please and fill in the online Agora Works in Progress Registration Form and send it to us accompanied by a minimum of selected 25 minutes excerpts or scenes of your film in DVD format or a web link.
A selection committee will preview the applications and select the films under production that are going to be presented during the Thessaloniki International Film Festival to a high level of industry professionals in November.
