Researcher and film critic with solid theoretical background and erudition, a man with exceptional soul and spirit, Nikos Kolovos was a man dedicated to the art of cinema. He enriched the Greek bibliography on cinema with important researches and left his remark on film criticism. The publication includes a series of selected text-researches on great filmmakers (Buñuel, Pasolini, Angelopoulos, De Sica, Dassin, Iosseliani etc.), which remain -just like the rest of his work- exceptional samples of his style and ethos.
