The publication includes a discussion with the editor Dimitris Kerkinos and Sotiris Danezis, creator of the TV-documentary series “War Zone”, one of the few oasis in the desert of television, documenting -with credits, synopsis and a critical comment- some of the most interesting episodes of the series: from The Valley of Death in Mexico and the Rebels of the West Sahara, to the jungle of Amazon and Colombia, to Nepal, North Korea, Afghanistan and Bosnia is Herzegovina. Parts of our world, which are plundered by a ruthless violence and where the value of human life is smaller than the one of kalashnikov rifles.
