DAYS OF SANTIAGO

Santiago Roman, a 23-year-old soldier, is back in Lima after years of fighting terrorist subversion and drug-trafficking in Peru and during the war against Ecuador. He is part of a lost generation who paid for the political irresponsibility of its governments. Santiago finds Lima a hostile, chaotic, and decadent city, and a family that mirrors it. He wants to fit in and help to make things better for himself, his family and his society. He tries to adapt to civil life, but his memories won’t let him find peace with himself.
