Dodo by Panos H. Koutras flew in the packed Olympion theater

A strange exotic bird flew all the way from Cannes all the way to Olympion! Dodo by Panos H. Koutras was screened on Monday November 7th in a special screening within the framework of the 63rd Thessaloniki International Film Festival, in the presence of the director and all of his sparkling cast at the stage of the packed Olympion.
Smaragda Karydi, Akis Sakellariou, Natassa Exintaveloni, Nikos Gelia, Angelos Papadimitriou, Mariella Savvidou, Marissa Triantafyllidou, Polydoros Vogiatzis, Jeff Montana, Kris Radanov, Anna Djorjikia, Ahmad Kontar, Tzortzis Papadopoulos accompanied Panos H. Koutras on stage to present the film that celebrated its premiere at the 75th Cannes Film Festival. The movie was also screened in a special pre-festival screening in Athens, on Monday October 31st, at Onassis Cultural Centre Athens.
A Dodo, a bird extinct for the last 300 years, shows up at the villa of a formerly wealthy family in Athens. The owners are counting down the critical two days to their daughter’s wedding, which will bring their financial salvation. In Dodo's presence, the already thin line between sanity and madness collapses as the situation spins out of control
The movie will hit Greek theaters on Thursday November 10th, distributed by Tulip Entertainment.
