A love gives birth to sculptures of marble. The German sculptor Ingbert Brunk made Naxos island his homeland because he fell in love with its marble. In its folds he discovers a primeval history, in its crystals he releases light. He considers marble a living organism and with his art he invites us to experience it.

Born in Greece, Menios Carayannis studied film in Stockholm, Sweden, where he worked as a film director and scriptwriter in both documentary and fiction films. He currently lives and works in Athens, Greece.
