ILJA FINDS HOME

Ilja Finds Home is a short film about a woman who has found herself on foreign soil, again and again. Ilja often travels to Greece, where she feels she can be herself. But why is that? We travel with her for 3 days to the island of Syros, where she blends in with the international crowd of an animation festival, while musing about the concept of megalomania and the unexpected link it has formed between her and Greece. Ilja is ill and that makes everything more critical.
