He was born in 1971 in Bucharest and graduated from the Theater and Film Academy in 1994. He has directed over 300 commercials for agencies such as BV McCann Ericsson, Saatchi & Saatchi, D’Arcy, Leo Burnett, etc., winning over 40 national and international awards in various advertising festivals. His feature debut, "Rage", as well as his second feature, "The Paper Will Be Blue", which were screened at the Thessaloniki IFF, won many awards in film festivals around the world.
